Welcome to ICHIMOBI SOFT. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, your purchases at our physical retail store, and any B2B wholesale agreements you enter into with us. By purchasing from us or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Retail Purchases & Pricing

We pride ourselves on offering 100% original and authorized products. Please note the following regarding retail purchases:

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise for B2B transactions.
• Electronics and smartphone market prices fluctuate frequently. The final price applicable is the one agreed upon at the exact time of billing.
• Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order.

2. B2B Wholesale & GST Billing

For our registered dealer network and wholesale partners, the following specific terms apply:

• To avail of B2B pricing and Input Tax Credit (ITC), dealers must provide a valid GSTIN and business PAN prior to billing.
• Once a GST invoice is generated, the GSTIN cannot be altered. It is the dealer's responsibility to provide accurate billing details.
• Bulk order delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on stock availability from brand manufacturers.

3. Device Exchange & Buyback Policy

We offer instant valuation and exchange bonuses for used smartphones. To ensure legal compliance and security:

• Customers selling or exchanging a device must provide a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN) as proof of identity.
• By handing over a device, you legally declare that you are the rightful owner and that the device is not stolen, financed, or locked by any carrier/creditor.
• The valuation provided by our technicians after hardware and software diagnostics is final.
• Once an exchange is processed and a new device is billed, the old device cannot be returned to the customer under any circumstances.

4. EMI & Financing

We partner with leading financial institutions (such as Bajaj Finserv, HDFC, IDFC, etc.) to offer EMI and loan facilities. Please be aware that:

• All loan approvals, credit limits, and zero-downpayment offers are strictly subject to the discretion and approval of the financing bank.
• ICHIMOBI SOFT holds no liability for rejected loan applications or subsequent credit score impacts.
• Any processing fees or hidden charges levied by the bank are governed by your agreement with the respective financial institution.

5. Warranties & Returns

As an authorized retailer, we supply sealed, brand-new products. Our warranty policy strictly follows manufacturer guidelines:

• All new smartphones, accessories, and home appliances carry the standard manufacturer's warranty (e.g., Apple India, Samsung India warranty).
• In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer must visit the respective brand's authorized service center. ICHIMOBI SOFT does not provide in-house repairs for devices under brand warranty.
• We do not accept "change of mind" returns for unsealed or activated electronic devices.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms, our website, or in-store purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik District, Maharashtra.
